Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a South Indian hotel/restaurant
• Good knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine
• Ability to maintain hygiene and food quality standards
• Preference for candidates with Hotel Management qualification
• Hardworking and team-oriented
